My HR career journey has been filled with amazing opportunities. I have gained a diverse set of skills, spanning every HR functional area, for US-based and multi-national employers, and across various business operating environments. Along the way, I obtained a master's degree in organization development and change from Penn State University and the SPHR and SHRM-SCP human resources certifications.

 

It’s been a progressive ride that fast-tracked me to the Chief People Officer role, where I served for more than half of my HR career before founding the HR Exchange Group. Today, I get to share my expertise with a broader range of companies while gaining more wisdom with each client engagement. That's the benefit and power of the exchange.
